Re: Third issue submissions
I would love to see something more specific to Fighting Fantasy, or maybe just solo game books in general. Maybe a round up / discussion / review of the different solo gamebook lines out there? Or maybe a set of one-paragraph description and review of each FF book that's out there with a sumation? ...

Re: Third issue submissions
As a guideline, do you have already enough material for the third issue or do you see some specific gap?

Re: Reaction table
In general, social interactions can be managed with more detail in AFF and this is a good option: simple and straightforward, but still allowing for a lot of role-play and several different outcomes.

Re: The Realms of Shabak - on line resource
Hopefully this site will get sorted out. It is always sad when this kind of resources disappear.

Re: Merry Christmas everyone!
On the fourth day of Christmas the Warlock sent to me...
Four roaring felinaurs,
Three wheelies wheeling,
Two harries flying,
And a goldcrest eagle in a bomba tree.

Re: Converting the robots of Robot Commando
If a war robot is hit by another war robot, should part of that damage be dealt to the pilot as well, or should I leave that only to critical damage (if and when it happens)?

Re: City of Thieves module
In theory, the "ideal" introductory trilogy should be: Caverns of the Snow Witch , Forest of Doom and Temple of Terror (in this order). This is deducted by some hints and intertextual references in the various gamebooks, but life isn't ideal , so you can forget the ideal order, if your circumstances...

Re: Converting the robots of Robot Commando
I'd say that the general combat procedure should follow Stellar Adventures, but, for a one to one fight between the robots, I don't like a lot having a defensive roll and an attack roll separated (that's one of the good points of Advanced Fighting Fantasy). Maybe this can be managed by keeping a sin...

Converting the robots of Robot Commando
I want to run a conversion of Robot Commando for Stellar Adventures. In the Stellar Adventures scorebook, chapter 5, there are robots, but they are androids or some other robots of similar size, that have AI controlling them: they are not like mechas that you can pilot while staying inside them, lik...
