Re: Sources of insperation

JohnK I was hoping someone would come with something from Greece. Nice location with the new building containing something much more ancient underneath, very Allansian! Nuvole! Really nice pictures, in searched for one of the painters named at the end (Caspar David Friedrich) which gave some nice im...

Minor Magic

As my tag suggests I have a special soft spot for Minor Magic, it may not have the drama of the major styles but is so usable and entertaining that I just can’t help making it a major focus with characters Some changes though which I would like to propose: Currently you learn 3 cantraps per level of...

Re: New Talent: Arcane Bolts

Isn’t that a bit underpowered? Fire ball (1) and Force Bolt (2) both do d6 damage but with the dart you are only doing 1-2 damage. I understand that it has other advantages (being out of magic round, infinite ammo) but it still seems a bit low. I agree that you can’t have it as a Cantrap as the clos...

Re: Sources of insperation

It’s great to see that AFF is giving us all an excuse to get out and enjoy the countryside 🙂. Thanks for the video shintokamikaze. Here is another source for you all which I’m sure is familier to many of you: The Ruin http://faculty.arts.ubc.ca/sechard/oeruin.htm Another source for me can be standin...

Re: Sources of insperation

Whenever I’m visiting Britanny I also try and stop at a few places like that (it’s stuffed full of them!) as well. Great source of insperation especially when they are somewhere a bit off the beaten track and you need to find them.

Sources of insperation

I’ve just finished a book which I thought could give some inspiration when thinking about Titan. 1177 B.C. The Year Civilisation Collapsed by Eric H. Cline. In it he is discussing the reasons for the simultaneous collapse of multiple civilisations at end of the Late Bronze Age and how it left whole ...

Re: Maps Thread

This is a great idea for thread, looking forward to seeing what people have.

I saw in the past that someone was mapping Salmonis, did anything come from that?

Do we only want maps relating to Titan here?

Re: Titan TV...

I read this and went Yey! And at the same time as having a sinking feeling in my stomach of... I really hope it’s not terrible or badly done. Perhaps another challenge for Those of us with a real attachment to the world of Titan is that the background is so all over the place that I suspect we all h...

Re: psi skills

I actually exprimented with using them some time ago and remembered it worked. I like the shorter lists of spells being easy to learn and took it like different schools of magic. But it was some time ago so I can’t remember the details of any modifications which I made to the rules. Will read over t...

Re: Gazettes in the works?

Wow! I’ve been swamped with work the last few month or so hence my absence but I can see some amazing work has been done here! Here is my small addition to this growing group project, the first draft of my first letter from Wolftown. I’ve taken a different approach describing the people first as if ...
