Nice of Jonathan Green to reply here in person. I'd found his website at http://jonathangreenauthor.blogspot.com/ (or http://acegamebooks.com/) and dropped him an email.

As well as his YATH books I bought Beowulf Beastslayer (that through one of the big online booksellers to get free postage to Aus). A new gamebook based on a classic myth and illustrated by my favourite artist, Russ Nicholson! What could I do.
